Tournament Waiver & Terms

I am participating voluntarily and at my own risk, and understand that pickleball and athletic activity carry inherent risks of injury.
I confirm I am physically fit to compete and have no medical condition that participation could aggravate.
The organizers, hosts, sponsors, officials, and venue are not liable for any injury, illness, health issue, death, or loss or damage to personal property arising from this event.
I release and hold harmless the organizers and their affiliates from all claims related to my participation.
I consent to event photos and video being used for promotional purposes.
I will follow the tournament rules and officials' decisions. Entry fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
